CIHR Anti-Racism External Advisory Committee
CIHR's Anti-Racism External Advisory Committee, which had a one-year mandate from 2021-2022, played a fundamental role in shaping CIHR's community engagements and supporting the development of the CIHR anti-racism action plan. CIHR is grateful to the committee members for their contributions and guidance. Examples of the committee's achievements include:
- Developing a list of bold ideas which forms the basis of the draft action plan;
- Guiding the development of the action plan's conceptual framework;
- Advising CIHR's approach to hosting virtual engagements about anti-racism with the research community.
