Message from Norman Rosenblum, INMD Scientific Director

Spring is often a time for scientific conferences and meetings, and it has been a pleasure for me and my staff to interact with the INMD research community during these events. I know that for many investigators, COVID-19 slowed their work considerably; however, it is encouraging to see that many have managed to overcome the challenges and move forward. It’s also wonderful to see our partners recognizing the work of their colleagues, through the presentation of awards to Early Career Investigators and Senior Investigators.

INMD is pleased to support Early Career Researcher Partnership Prizes. These prizes support INMD partner organizations in recognizing Early Career Researchers. I would encourage organizations working in INMD mandate areas to visit our website to learn more about how they can apply. I would also encourage you to read about the recipient of the CIHR-INMD – Canadian Nutrition Society Early Career Researcher Partnership Prize recipient, Daiva Nielsen, Assistant Professor from the School of Human Nutrition at McGill University.
